Question 1

Can the programme be tailored to our organisation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every programme is built around your cohort, your organisation and your goals. We start with a discovery conversation to understand what you need before anything is designed.

Question 2

Is delivery in person or online?

Accepted Answer

Both. Sessions run in person, remotely or in hybrid formats, depending on what works best for your team.

Question 3

Is this a one-off session or ongoing support?

Accepted Answer

Either. Some organisations start with a single workshop. Others build longer programmes with follow-up coaching and manager sessions.

Question 4

How are progress and impact measured?

Accepted Answer

We agree the measures upfront. Typically a mix of participant self-assessment, manager feedback and behavioural observation over time.

Question 5

Why The Munday Method and not a larger provider?

Accepted Answer

Larger providers offer scale. We offer specialism. Every programme is designed around your cohort and led by Luke, with no generic content and no handing you over to a pool of facilitators you've never met.

Question 6

How does this fit with AI?

Accepted Answer

AI is changing how work gets done, but it's making human skills more important, not less. As answers get easier to generate, what sets people apart is judgement, communication, ownership and the ability to build trust. Our sessions help career starters use AI well without handing over their thinking.
